You can create an account for testing and development purpose by registering on the Viber admin panel. Note that accounts created this way can’t be discovered by the public and Viber limits the messaging volume on them.

Once you have your Public Account token, copy and paste it into the Public Account token box on the Viber configuration page. Then click on “Connect your Viber Public Account”.
Viber offers full support for carousels which allows you to send a set of horizontally scrollable items that combines text, image and message actions.
You can send carousels via the Post Message API.
Since Viber has a 6 item limit, any carousel sent with more than 6 will be split into multiple messages.
Having items with different heights is not possible on Viber. As such, Smooch automatically pads items to fit Viber’s requirements.
Viber doesn’t support the
